Autoresponders

Autoresponders allow you to automatically respond to an email sent to a specific address.

To manage your autoresponders go to "Email" and click "Autoresponders".

To add a new autoresponder, click "Add Autoresponder".

To edit an existing autoresponder, click "Edit".

To delete an existing autoresponder, click "Delete".

To add a new autoresponder, click "Add Autoresponder".

Now enter email address which when emailed will automatically respond with a reply email.

Next enter the name of the person who the automatically sent response will come from.

Next enter the subject of the response.  To quote the existing subject use: Re: %subject%

Next select the character set for the automatically sent response.  If you message uses only English, use us-ascii.  If you message uses special characters, select the appropriate character set.

Next check the box "HTML Message" if your replay message includes special HTML tags.  If you don't know what this means, leave this box unchecked.

Next enter the body of your message.

When finished, click "Save Changes".
