Manage/Add/Remove Accounts

To manage your email accounts go to "Email" and click "Manage/Add/Remove Accounts".

To create a new email address, click "Add Account".

To change the quota for an existing email address, click "Change Quota".

To change the password for an existing email address, click "Change Pass".

To delete an existing email address, click "Delete".

Example:  Creating a new email address

 

To create a new email address, click "Add Account".

Now enter the username portion of the email address.  Ex. fathermichael

Next enter the password for the mail account.  Ex. welcome

Next enter the amount of disk space to be used for the user's mailbox.  The default setting is 10 megabytes.

When finished, click "Save Changes".
