Managing announcements |

Each announcement must belong to an announcement category. These announcement categories can be displayed on your website or viewed in news readers using RSS. An example announcement category is "Upcoming Events".
To manage your announcements go to "News" and click "Announcements".
Next click "edit announcements" next to the desired category. If there are no categories to choose from, then create a new one by clicking "Create category". For more information please see "Managing announcement categories".
Now you may manage your announcements.
To create am announcement, click "Create announcement". To change the title, description, or display properties of an existing announcement, click "properties". To create a more information page, click "more info". To move a announcement up or down in the list, click "move up" or "move down". To delete an existing announcement, click "delete".
Example: Creating an announcement
First, click "edit announcements" for the desired category. Next, click "Create announcement". Now enter the announcement's properties.
When finished, click "Save Changes". See also: |
