Managing your members |

To manage your church's members go to "Church" and click "Member Directory", then "edit".
To add a new member, click "Add member". To edit an existing member, click "edit". To delete an existing member, click "delete". Example: Adding a new member
To add a new member, click "Add member".
Now enter the member's information. If the member is a primary adult of the household such as the father or mother, or sole resident, select "Adult" for position. If the member is another adult living in the household but not a primary adult, such as a grandparent or guest, select "Other Adult". If the member is a child under the age of 18, select "Child". If you want to list non-parishioners in the directory, select "No" for "Member". Non-parishioners will be listed parenthetically in the directory.
If you have already entered the home address while editing another member, you may select it from the list by clicking "select from the address list". This is highly recommended for accuracy sake and so that members of the same household will be listed together. It is recommended to abbreviate the member's address to improve clarity and readability while printing the directory.
When finished, click "Save Changes". |
