To move an existing section on one of your pages, go to "Page Editor", then click "edit" next to the page that you wish to edit.
Now click "Move Up" or "Move Down" in the section's container.
Clicking "Move Up" will switch this section with the section directly above it. Clicking "Move Down" will switch this section with the section directly below it.
